Double Elimination

Create the format with “+ Double Elimination” in the phase and choose the size. EasyTourney builds the winners' round, the losers' round and the Grand Final itself.

The checkbox “Grand Final with reset game” is on when created. If the winner of the loser's bracket wins the Grand Final, there will be a second final because both will lose. If the winner of the winner's round wins, the reset game is canceled and is not scheduled. Without a hitch, the tournament ends after a Grand Final.

With team numbers like 6 or 12, a team without an opponent automatically advances. A bye is not a defeat.

Such a tournament has about twice as many games as a simple knockout round. You then set the times in the planner.
