Bracket

A tournament bracket, with the clock.

Teams, fields and match length. You get the bracket and the time of the final. Not just boxes on a page.

Single eliminationThe bracket pads to the next power of two. A bye is not a game. The final has a start time.Double eliminationThe first loss drops into the losers bracket. The second is the end. Eight teams are 14 games, before a possible reset.

More than a drawn bracket

A bracket drawer gives you boxes. This plan puts games on fields so a team is never in two places at once, and it shows the end time. Run it live and the same draw updates the public page and the gym display. An event can use the same double elimination under Structure.

Bracket questions

How is this different from the round robin maker?

The round robin maker builds pool play. The bracket maker builds single and double elimination.

Does the reset final count in the total?

Only as an optional game, if you tick it. A full power of two does not include it. Eight teams stay at 14 games, and the reset would be one more.

How does seeding work?

Name order. The first name is seed 1 and meets the last filled slot in round one. Shuffle is a separate click.
