This is how you set up the hockey tournament

Half seats and the hall

Place 1 North and 1 South as two fields, otherwise the plan will stack games that run at the same time. Indoor hockey is its own event or at least its own fields and a different playing time. The ranking remains 3, 1 and 0, criteria points, goal difference, goals.

Vintages, shootout, overnight stay

One class per age group. You enter a shootout in the knockout round as the final result, about 3:2. Two game days cover Saturday and Sunday. The overnight stay is an add-on with a price in the registration, not a phase in the game plan.

Typical tournaments

01

Youth on the artificial turf

02

Here's how to set it up

Four simple steps and the basic structure is in place.

  1. 1

Create each half of the court as a separate field, for example place 1 north and place 1 south. The hall is another field, not a second half.

  2. 2

Rating 3, 1, 0. Criteria: points, goal difference, goals scored.

  3. 3

One class per age group, groups only within the class.

  4. 4

Enter shootout as the final result. The overnight stay as an addition to the registration, not as a phase.

Questions about the hockey tournament

How do I plan two games on an artificial turf?

As two fields, place 1 north and place 1 south. With only one field, the plan places the games one after the other.

Can I keep indoor hockey in the same account?

Yes. Copy the summer event and change fields, game duration and date. You can keep the rating 3, 1, 0.

How do I enter a shootout?

The final result, for example 3:2. The knockout round has a winner. In the group, a draw remains a point for both.

How do I separate U12 and U14?

As classes with their own groups. When registering, the club chooses the class. They share the seats.

How do I book the overnight stay?

As an additional price in the registration. You see the number in the registrations, not in the table.

Create your first tournament. It costs nothing for up to eight teams.

No subscription, no credit card. As the tournament grows, you book the plan just for that one event.
